Services

Tri State Cleaning Management provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Westchester County and surrounding areas. Services are performed by independent cleaning professionals coordinated through our company.

Service scope will be agreed upon prior to the appointment.

Booking & Payment

Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tri State Cleaning Management may require payment information to secure appointments.

Failure to provide payment may result in cancellation of future services.

Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75.

Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.

If our cleaning professionals are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.

Pets

Clients must secure aggressive pets prior to service.

Tri State Cleaning Management is not responsible for incidents involving unsecured animals.

Satisfaction Policy

If a client is not satisfied with a service, they must notify us within 24 hours of the appointment.

We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

Damage Policy

While cleaning professionals take great care when servicing homes and businesses, accidents may occur.

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

Tri State Cleaning Management will review each claim and determine appropriate resolution.

Liability

Tri State Cleaning Management coordinates services with independent cleaning professionals. While we strive to work with qualified contractors, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Changes to Terms

Tri State Cleaning Management reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
